Job Summary

We are an advertising agency looking for a skilled Social Media Strategist to plan, manage, and grow social media presence for our clients. The candidate should be creative, organized, and experienced in developing effective social media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with designers and writers.
• Manage posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to improve performance.
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns when required.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Ability to plan content, analyze insights, and deliver reports.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
