Job Description: Inboon Media is seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and maintaining office equipment to ensure smooth operations. Operations Management: Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within the required standards. Communication: Act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and communication in a professional and timely manner. Document Management: Oversee the organization and filing of important documents, ensuring all records are up to date, accurate, and easily accessible. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all items are stocked and ordered as needed. Support in HR Functions: Assist with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training or team-building activities. Report Generation: Prepare and assist in the creation of reports related to operations, performance, and administration as required by senior management. Office Environment Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity. This includes liaising with external vendors for maintenance or facility-related issues. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative or operations role. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software. Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
