We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team and amplify our brand presence across digital platforms.


Role Overview

As a Social Media Strategist at Dramantram, you will be the driving force behind our client’s social presence. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to increase engagement, community growth, and brand awareness while aligning with our creative vision. This role also requires the ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently and contribute actively to platform growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging content—showreels, work culture posts, campaigns, and thought leadership material.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep Dramantram ahead of the curve.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and initiating conversations.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for brand growth and lead generation.
  • Work closely with business and marketing teams to align social strategies with overall company goals, while driving platform growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience in content strategy, community management, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, or similar.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bonus:

    Experience in B2B creative/agency marketing.
