Brand & Social Media Expert

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram):

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns for multiple brands.
• Test creatives, track conversions, and optimize ROAS.
• Manage custom + lookalike audiences, retargeting, and UGC ad sets.
• Prepare weekly performance reports & insights.

2. Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and connect with relevant micro & nano influencers (India & international).
• Manage barter and paid collaborations — from negotiation to deliverables.
• Create influencer briefs, captions, and monitor content quality & analytics.
• Build an internal influencer database & maintain long-term creator relations.

3. Social Media Strategy:

• Plan monthly calendars and content themes aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends, hooks, and audio styles to boost engagement.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams.
• Track budgets, campaign results, and influencer ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or Meta ads (agency / brand).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & pixel tracking.
• Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Excellent communication & influencer negotiation skills.
• Familiar with AI tools like HeyGen, Artisse, or OpusClip (bonus).

Compensation

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience & expertise)
