Social Media Strategist

Skate Supply India is a dynamic brand blending skateboard culture with streetwear fashion. We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand’s digital presence, engage our community, and drive growth through killer visual storytelling.

📍Chandigarh (Full time)

Role Overview:

You’ll be the voice behind our brand, crafting scroll-stopping content, running high-impact campaigns, and positioning Skate Supply India as the go-to hub for skaters and streetwear enthusiasts. If you eat, sleep, and breathe social trends, skate culture, and aesthetic visuals—this is your gig.  

Key Responsibilities:

1.

•⁠ ⁠Develop a distinct brand aesthetic (raw, edgy, authentic) for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute content calendars (reels, carousels, UGC, behind-the-scenes, skater features)

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with photographers/videographers to produce high-energy skate clips, streetwear lookbooks, and trend-led content

•⁠ ⁠Grow our audience organically by tapping into skateboarding, streetwear, and youth culture trends  

•⁠ ⁠Foster engagement through DMs, comments, and collaborations with skaters/influencers

•⁠ ⁠Run giveaways, challenges, and interactive campaigns to boost brand loyalty

3.

•⁠ ⁠Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and tweak strategies for max impact

•⁠ ⁠Optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok Ads) to drive sales and brand awareness

•⁠ ⁠Stay ahead of platform algorithms and experiment with new features (Threads, Reels, Shorts)

4.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency in tone (rebellious, inclusive, hype-driven) across all platforms

•⁠ ⁠Highlight our skateboarding roots while pushing streetwear as a lifestyle

•⁠ ⁠Partner with local skate crews, events, and influencers for authentic co-branding

Skills & Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠1-2 years in social media marketing (brand or agency)

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio showcasing edgy visual storytelling (skate, fashion, or youth-centric brands a plus)

•⁠ ⁠Expertise in Instagram trends, Reels/Short-form video, and influencer marketing

•⁠ ⁠Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)

•⁠ ⁠Passion for skateboarding, streetwear, or underground culture is non-negotiable
