Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing social media strategies across various platforms for the

talent/influencer as well as agency. This role involves content creation, community
engagement, and data analysis to support overall marketing objectives of the talent amp;the company.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including videos and written posts.

Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to

comments/messages, and interact with the audience

Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights to optimize

social media campaigns.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media strategies
Regular competition analysis to understand amp; position the talent.
Maintain a content calendar amp; pre-plan the assets.
Proactive ideas/initiatives which can help the account to grow.

Soft Skills

Passion for Social Media
Effective communication (Verbal and written)
Creative , Analytical mind.
Multi-tasker amp; good with time-management
Team Player

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Previous experience with social media management or marketing (even personal

projects or internships).

Familiarity with social media scheduling
