Job Title:Digital Editor & Social Media Expert (Part-Time | Remote) Role Overview: We’re looking for a versatile and creative Digital Editor & Social Media Expert who can bring our products and brand to life visually — both online and offline. This part-time, remote position involves creating social media content, designing product packaging, and preparing print-ready files for production. Key Responsibilities: Digital & Social Media DesignDesign compelling and on-brand social media creatives, carousels, banners, and promotional visuals/videos Collaborate with content and strategy teams for regular Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp updates Suggest and implement fresh visual formats that boost reach and engagement Prepare thumbnails and graphic assets for digital campaigns and product launches Product & Print DesignDesign product boxes, labels, flashcard layouts, activity sheets, and kit components Prepare print-ready files using CorelDRAW and other layout tools with proper die-cut markings and bleed Coordinate with the printing team for format accuracy, packaging consistency, and final output quality Maintain organized archives of design files for future reference and updates Tools & Skills Required:CorelDRAW (mandatory) — must be comfortable with layout, vector design, and print setup, Canva, figma and other digital platforms. Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools is a bonus Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, or MidJourney for creative assistance (optional but appreciated) Strong visual sense and attention to detail (especially for child-friendly, engaging, and accessible design) Ability to deliver 1–4 creatives per day and support design needs for product packaging and promotions Work Type & Commitment:Part-Time Remote / Work-from-Home Flexible hours (minimum expected: 10–15 hours per week) Regular communication via email/WhatsApp for task updates Ideal Candidate:Has prior experience in product packaging, digital content design, or educational/healthcare visual content Can juggle between print and digital tasks smoothly Takes ownership, meets deadlines, and welcomes feedback Has a portfolio that showcases both social media work and print designs Perks:Freedom to work from home Work on real-world, impactful products in child development and communication sciences Opportunity to collaborate long-term on new product lines, therapy kits, and digital tools Learn and grow within an interdisciplinary, passionate team
