We focus on authenticity, growth stories, and real-life transformations—and now, we’re looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to amplify our digital presence.Role Overview:We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of personal branding and lifestyle content. You’ll shape our social media narrative while staying true to ReYou’s voice and values.Key Responsibilities:• Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals (client transformations, personal development, etc.)• Write emotionally resonant captions; design engaging posts (carousels, Reels, stories)• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for shoot-based content• Engage with followers, manage DMs & comments, and grow our community• Analyze content performance and suggest strategy improvements• Keep up with social media trends and experiment thoughtfully• Repurpose and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn & newslettersWhat We're Looking For:• 2–4 years of experience in lifestyle/personal brand social media• Strong English writing & storytelling skills• Basic design skills (Canva, Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)• Familiarity with Instagram Insights or similar tools• Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented & self-driven• Based in Mumbai with availability for in-person planning, shoots, and eventsWhy Join Us:• Creative freedom in a values-driven brand• Work closely with the founder and be part of real client journeys• Build a digital presence with purpose and depthApplication Process:Email your resume and 2–3 Instagram accounts/posts you’ve handled (preferably aligned with ReYou’s tone) to operations@reyou.in
