Role Overview: We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of personal branding and lifestyle content. You’ll shape our social media narrative while staying true to ReYou’s voice and values. Key Responsibilities: • Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals (client transformations, personal development, etc.) • Write emotionally resonant captions; design engaging posts (carousels, Reels, stories) • Coordinate with photographers/videographers for shoot-based content • Engage with followers, manage DMs & comments, and grow our community • Analyze content performance and suggest strategy improvements • Keep up with social media trends and experiment thoughtfully • Repurpose and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn & newsletters What We're Looking For: • 2–4 years of experience in lifestyle/personal brand social media • Strong English writing & storytelling skills • Basic design skills (Canva, Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) • Familiarity with Instagram Insights or similar tools • Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented & self-driven • Based in Mumbai with availability for in-person planning, shoots, and events Why Join Us: • Creative freedom in a values-driven brand • Work closely with the founder and be part of real client journeys • Build a digital presence with purpose and depth Application Process: Email your resume and 2–3 Instagram accounts/posts you’ve handled (preferably aligned with ReYou’s tone) to operations@reyou.in
