🎯 Role Overview

You’ll be the creative and strategic force behind our social media growth — for both PPC Guru and our clients.

From spotting what’s trending to crafting story-driven video scripts, you’ll manage every aspect of organic content — ideation, coordination, and execution.

You’ll work closely with our design and video editing teams to turn ideas into thumb-stopping social content.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and plan daily/weekly social media posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Research emerging trends, formats, and viral content ideas relevant to our audience and clients
• Ideate content strategies to help brands grow organically and build stronger community engagement
• Write engaging

  scripts for short-form storytelling videos

  that connect emotionally and drive virality
• Communicate directly with clients to understand brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals
• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce creative, trend-based content
• Track and analyze organic performance, optimizing content for reach and retention
• Stay ahead of platform updates, social media algorithms, and storytelling trends

💡 Who You Are

• A creative, smart communicator who lives and breathes social media trends
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (a must!)
• Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, and short-form content psychology
• Proven ability to ideate and script content that performs organically
• Comfortable coordinating between clients, designers, and video editors
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI-based content tools, trend analysis tools, or copywriting frameworks
