About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and strategic Social Media Planner to manage and grow the online presence of all our brands under Kustard Technologies — spanning F&B, Real Estate, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars for multiple brands.

Use powerful hashtags, reels, and trend-based content to increase organic reach and engagement.

Manage all brand handles — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) — ensuring timely responses to DMs, comments, and ads.

Handle reputation management — monitor reviews, feedback, and conversations to protect and enhance brand image.

Analyze traffic, engagement, and growth metrics using analytics tools; prepare performance reports.

Collaborate with designers, marketing, and sales teams to maintain brand voice and consistency.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools to keep the brands ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in social media management or planning.

Proven knowledge of social media analytics, organic growth techniques, and ad management.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Strong sense of creativity, design understanding, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple brand accounts efficiently.

Gen Z mindset active on social platforms, loves trends, and knows how to build engagement naturally.
