About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Marketing Expert who can manage paid advertising, content strategy, and optimization across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate must understand how to reduce CPC, scale campaigns profitably, execute SEO/SEM for CMS-based websites, and build content strategies that drive conversions and sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI and sales.
  • Continuously monitor CPC, CPM, ROAS, and optimize campaigns to reduce cost while increasing conversions.
  • Run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Plan weekly and monthly ad strategies aligned with business goals.


Social Media Management & Content Strategy

  • Create content calendars and publish engaging social media content (reels, posts, stories).
  • Work with the design team to produce creatives that boost engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms.
  • Drive organic growth through community engagement and trend-driven content.


SEO & SEM (CMS Websites)

  • Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization on CMS websites (WordPress/Shopify preferred).
  • Improve website ranking, visibility, and search traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns and optimize landing pages for better Quality Score and conversions.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily performance metrics of ads and social channels.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for data tracking.


Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 1.5–2+ years experience in digital marketing or social media advertising.
  • Strong command over Meta Ads + Google Ads with proven CPC/ROAS improvement.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword optimization, and CMS website basics.
  • Experience in building content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with performance dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
