Role Overview

Own Tutorac’s social presence end-to-end — from strategy and content calendars to creator partnerships, paid campaigns, and analytics — to drive awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & run a monthly

    content calendar

    across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & X; ship daily/weekly posts, reels, shorts, and carousels.
  • Create/coordinate

    thumb-stopping creatives

    (hooks, scripts, captions, hashtags) with designers & instructors.
  • Manage

    community & DMs

    , respond to comments, and convert interest into leads (with UTM tracking).
  • Launch & optimize

    paid campaigns

    (LinkedIn/Meta/YouTube): audience, creatives, budgets, A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with

    Admissions/Sales

    to align campaigns with program launches, webinars, and cohorts.
  • Run

    influencer/creator

    and campus ambassador collaborations with clear deliverables & ROI.
  • Track & report weekly on

    KPIs

    (follows, reach, CTR, CPL, MQLs, demo bookings, enrollments).
  • Maintain

    brand voice & guidelines

    , ensure compliance on all platforms.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–5 years in social media for a brand or agency with measurable growth results.
  • Strong copy + short-form video instincts (hooks, scripts, edits, captions).
  • Hands-on with

    LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube

    native analytics + Meta/LinkedIn Ads.
  • Working knowledge of

    UTMs, GA4

    , and lead funnels (CPL → MQL → SQL).
  • Tools: Canva/Adobe, Buffer/Hootsuite/Later, Sheets, basic video editing.
  • Excellent written English; bonus for Hindi/Telugu.

Good to Have

  • EdTech or education marketing background.
  • Basic

    & landing page conversion chops (headline, CTA, social proof).
  • Experience with
