We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & SEO Specialist to elevate our digital presence and connect with a wider audience of prospective parents, students, and educators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Plan and create engaging content (copy, images, videos, reels) in line with the school’s brand voice and values. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to optimize performance. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to drive website traffic and lead generation. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align campaigns with academic and admissions goals. Manage paid social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with measurable ROI. Engage with the online community and respond to queries or comments in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, education sector developments, and SEO algorithm updates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and implementing SEO strategies. Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency. Experience in the education sector is a plus . Preferred Skills: Video editing and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
