We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and amplify our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:πŸ”Ή Social Media Management (SMO) ● Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. ● Create and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos). ● Drive follower growth, engagement, and community interaction. ● Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data. πŸ”Ή SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ● Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices across our website and blog content. ● Optimize existing content for improved search rankings and visibility. ● Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance on-page and off-page SEO. πŸ”Ή Google Ads & Meta Ads (Paid Campaigns) ● Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads). ● Monitor ad performance and ROI, adjusting strategies for optimal results. ● A/B test creatives and copy to continuously improve CTR and conversions. πŸ”Ή Content Creation & Strategy ● Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns. ● Collaborate with designers, influencers, and videographers to produce compelling multimedia content. ● Ensure content is consistent in voice, style, and messaging across platforms. Requirements: ● 1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. ● Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. ● Strong understanding of SEO and SMO principles. ● Experience with content planning, creation, and management tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite). ● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking.
