We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and amplify our digital presence. Key Responsibilities:πΉ Social Media Management (SMO) β Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. β Create and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos). β Drive follower growth, engagement, and community interaction. β Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data. πΉ SEO (Search Engine Optimization) β Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices across our website and blog content. β Optimize existing content for improved search rankings and visibility. β Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance on-page and off-page SEO. πΉ Google Ads & Meta Ads (Paid Campaigns) β Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads). β Monitor ad performance and ROI, adjusting strategies for optimal results. β A/B test creatives and copy to continuously improve CTR and conversions. πΉ Content Creation & Strategy β Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns. β Collaborate with designers, influencers, and videographers to produce compelling multimedia content. β Ensure content is consistent in voice, style, and messaging across platforms. Requirements: β 1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. β Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. β Strong understanding of SEO and SMO principles. β Experience with content planning, creation, and management tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite). β Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). β Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking.
