Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Duties

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos that enhance content quality.
• Manage public relations efforts by engaging with influencers and building relationships within the industry.
• Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proofread all content to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), and Marketing Automation Platforms.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
