Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Executive

• Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and student engagement goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop creative campaigns related to study abroad opportunities, student success stories, events, and admissions timelines.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and education industry updates.
• Coordinate with counsellors, designers, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly to build a strong online community.
• Support promotional activities for webinars, seminars, counselling sessions, and events.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for brands, institutions, or agencies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and audience behaviour.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling platforms (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Interest or background in education, counselling, or study abroad services is an added advantage.
