Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our U.P. Government Project. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our department and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various online channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns)
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services
• Manage and optimize content for the website and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or related role (3–5 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush)
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer
• Proficiency in AI tools for video editing, graphic design, and automation
• Proven track record of viral campaigns and community engagement
• Strong copywriting skills—catchy captions, storytelling, and brand voice mastery
