Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Srinagar. The role involves developing and managing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating high-quality social media content, planning and executing campaigns across various digital platforms, and analyzing key performance metrics. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with branding goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong understanding and experience in Digital Marketing, including strategy execution across different platforms
• Background in Marketing with the ability to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences
• Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization
• Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience in managing social media channels and campaigns is an asset
