Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Expert to develop and execute strategies that drive growth in followers, reach, and engagement across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
  • Research competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and captions).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage posting schedules to maximize reach and visibility across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Community Engagement

  • Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions; engage with followers promptly to build strong community relationships.
  • Run interactive campaigns such as polls, Q&A, contests, and giveaways to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost credibility and reach.

Advertising & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase followers, impressions, and conversions.
  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Track ROI and manage budgets effectively.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, and reach.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics dashboards to track performance.

Growth & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
  • Experiment with new content formats and growth strategies to expand audience base.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, partners, and relevant online communities.
