Computer Vision Engineer (AI for Restaurants)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to develop and implement AI-driven solutions for the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will design, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-time video analytics, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy computer vision models for restaurant automation and analytics.

Work with Python and its libraries (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to process video feeds.

Design database architectures using SQL and MongoDB for efficient data storage.

Build cloud-based AI solutions on AWS for scalable deployment.

Develop web applications and dashboards using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to visualize insights.

Integrate AI-powered insights into restaurant POS systems and management software.

Optimize AI models for real-time performance and accuracy.

Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate AI models into web applications.

Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

Skills Required:

✅ Strong proficiency in Python (for AI, ML, and backend development).

✅ Experience with Python libraries: OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, Flask.

✅ Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & MongoDB for database management.

✅ Cloud computing skills in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker).

✅ Web development fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

✅ Strong understanding of image processing and deep learning techniques.

✅ Experience in deploying AI models on cloud/edge devices.

✅ Familiarity with API development and system integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience with real-time video analytics or IoT in restaurants is a plus.

Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes for model deployment.
