• Are a

  who takes ideas from concept to execution.
• Know how to

  while staying true to brand voice.
• Have 1–3 years of social media or digital marketing experience (agency experience = 🔥).
• Can balance creativity with data-driven decisions.

• Experience managing

  personal brands or UGC content Creators

• Familiarity with

  social scheduling and analytics tools

  (Meta Suite, Buffer, Notion, etc.).
• A portfolio or example of campaigns you’ve helped grow.
