Job Description

smart, proactive, and detail-driven Social Media Manager

You’ll be responsible not just for uploading posts, but for ensuring strategy, creativity, and perfection in every piece of content that goes live.

  • This role is for someone who thinks like a marketer and acts like a brand owner — not just a content scheduler.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and plan monthly social media calendars for multiple clients.
  • Handle client communication, feedback, and approvals professionally.
  • Ensure 100% quality control before posting — captions, hashtags, grammar, tagging, and brand consistency.
  • Ideate and execute

    trending reels, stories, and creative campaigns

    aligned with each brand’s tone.
  • Coordinate with design and video teams to get content ready on time.
  • Schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms as per plan.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
  • Identify creative opportunities for clients (reel ideas, collaborations, contests, etc.).
  • Take ownership of assigned brands — ensuring deadlines, quality, and creativity are never compromised.


Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of Instagram marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent written English — no grammar or spelling errors.
  • Sharp eye for design, alignment, and aesthetics.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership — no missed deadlines or forgotten tasks.
  • Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into execution.
  • Comfortable handling 4–5 client brands simultaneously.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, Notion, or similar tools.


Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of Canva or basic design editing.
  • Familiarity with photography/videography trends and reel scripting.
  • Previous agency experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
