Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities in social media.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, reels, graphics, stories).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Campaign Management
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers promptly.
  • Respond to queries, comments, and reviews while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance (KPIs, conversions, reach).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Liaise with influencers, bloggers, and media for brand collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation (graphics, video editing, copywriting).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Growth in followers, engagement rates, and impressions.
  • Lead generation and conversions from social media campaigns.
  • ROI on paid social media ads.
  • Brand sentiment and community engagement.
  • Consistency and creativity in content output.
