Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager with proven expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, driving engagement, and building communities across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create, plan, and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to produce engaging creatives, posts, and reels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools in social media and digital marketing.
• Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing + social media management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of handling successful paid campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Experience with agency or brand-side digital marketing preferred.
