Social Media Marketing Manager

🚀 Responsibilities

• Develop & execute a social media strategy

  for LingoAce Math aligned with North American parent behavior and brand goals
• Own the

  monthly content calendar

  , including topics around math learning, parent pain points, teacher showcases, student success, etc.
• Write

  engaging copy and briefs

  for static, video, and short-form content (reels, YouTube shorts, carousels)
• Collaborate with internal

  design/video teams

  to create visually strong, on-brand assets
• Manage publishing and community interaction across

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

• Analyze and report on key metrics, using data to guide content iterations and channel strategies
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform shifts to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Run targeted campaigns during

  launches, contests, or seasonal promotions

  (optional: light paid support)

✅ What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience

  in social media marketing or content strategy, ideally in EdTech, K–12, or D2C brands
• Strong understanding of

  North American audiences

  , especially parents of K–8 students
• Portfolio that shows

  channel growth, content performance, or standout campaigns

• Excellent writing and content planning skills—you think in hooks and CTAs
• Comfort using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Buffer, or similar
• Bonus: Experience working with

  math or education-based brands
