Role & Responsibilities
As part of our marketing team, you’ll support and learn how to:
- Assist in executing LinkedIn marketing campaigns (organic + paid) focused on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Write and schedule content: posts, carousels, articles, and short-form videos tailored to B2B audiences.
- Perform LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator and follow structured playbooks to identify and engage prospects.
- Support paid campaign execution—learn how to run ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads), monitor metrics (CPC, CTR), and adjust targeting.
- Engage with community comments, build relationships, and track influencer/industry trends.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics to measure and report performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Product teams to align messaging and campaign goals.

- Working knowledge of LinkedIn outreach techniques (manual or using tools like Sales Navigator).
- Strong written communication skills—especially for B2B content and outreach messages.
- Curiosity about digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn as a platform (business pages, content types, targeting).
- Willingness to learn tools like LinkedIn Ads Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating cross-functionally.
