Role Overview

Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for assigned brands.
• Contribute to content ideas and campaign concepts in line with brand objectives.
• Support in creating content calendars, drafting captions, and coordinating creatives with the design team.
• Research and track latest social media trends, formats, and audience behavior to keep brand pages relevant.
• Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and online communities to build brand presence.
• Assist in campaign reporting and analytics, providing insights on performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Strong interest in social media, digital content, and brand communication.
• Good command over English with creativity in content writing and ideation.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duration & Commitment

• Full-time internship, 6 months

  (Monday–Friday, office hours as per company policy).
• Candidate must be available for the entire duration.
