Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is passionate about building online communities and engaging audiences. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and creative, and possess strong content knowledge to drive meaningful interactions across our social media platforms. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Interact: Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms to foster a strong online community.

• Content Creation & Curation: Assist in creating engaging posts, captions, and stories that align with the brand voice and social media trends.

• Community Management: Monitor audience feedback, address inquiries, and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Content Scheduling: Support the team in scheduling posts and ensuring timely content delivery.

• Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking engagement metrics and performance to provide insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and engagement strategies.

• Be open to taking on other relevant tasks assigned by the team to support overall marketing goals. 

Minimum Education:

Graduate 

Skills:

o Strong written and verbal communication skills.

o Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

o Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus.

o Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging and relatable content.

o Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for online interaction.
