You’ll be responsible for showcasing our products, buyer success stories, and brand updates through impactful reels, videos, and posts—helping strengthen our presence in the global B2B frozen food export space.

Role Description

Content Creator – Video & Social Media

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the brand’s social media presence

  from scratch

  , with a focus on

  organic growth

  .
• Ideate, plan, and create engaging

  Instagram Reels, posts, and stories

  to drive

  +20% MoM growth in likes, comments, shares, and saves

  .
• Manage consistent posting across

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, You tube and other platforms

  , ensuring minimum

  4–5 posts/reels per week

• Introduce

  fresh, trend-driven ideas

  and campaigns to boost organic reach and achieve at least

  10–15% increase in engagement rates

  .
• Stay updated with the

  latest formats, sounds, and viral trends

  , adapting them for brand relevance.
• Ensure

  consistent branding, tone, and design

  across all content.
• Track performance analytics and recommend strategies to achieve

  steady follower growth (target +15–20% per month)

  and higher organic reach.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels & trending content.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and design creative content (basic editing tools, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Proactive with new ideas for posts & campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
• Prior experience in content creation is a plus.

Technical Skills and Requirements:

• Comfortable working with social media tools and learning new platforms quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and commitment to 40 hours per week.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with social media analytics and growth strategies.
• Interest in startup branding, marketing, and digital content creation.

Educational Requirements / Experience:

• Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in any field.
• Prior experience in managing or growing social media channels is highly desirable.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation is a plus.
