Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the academic schedules, classes, and training sessions for Cybersecurity programs. Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and management to ensure smooth communication. Assist in curriculum planning, program development, and ensuring adherence to academic guidelines. Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industry sessions related to Cybersecurity. Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance, and prepare academic reports. Coordinate with placement and training teams for student career development support. Address student queries and provide academic counseling when needed. Maintain academic records, assessments, and feedback for continuous program improvement. Support accreditation, audits, and compliance activities related to Cybersecurity programs. Collaborate with industry professionals, trainers, and universities for program enhancement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination, program management, or administration in an educational or training institution. Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, training programs, and certifications is an added advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with faculty and students. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
