Social Media Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Monitor and engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community posts
Help plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement, etc.) and prepare basic reports
Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
Assist in creating basic graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or similar
Collaborate with the design and content team to align messaging across platforms
Suggest creative ways to boost brand awareness and online presence

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how they work
Basic knowledge of content creation (captions, reels, stories, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar (a plus)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas
Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior
Bonus: Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
