Position Summary:

Social Media Manager

As a key voice behind one of India's most purpose-driven luxury brands, you’ll craft compelling narratives that celebrate design, craftsmanship, and social impact. You’ll be responsible for shaping how the world experiences Jaipur Rugs online, engaging diverse communities through thoughtful content and authentic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance tracking across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Collaborate with content, design, and editorial teams to roll out visually compelling, story-rich campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Drive and manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, ensuring cohesive storytelling and measurable results.
• Craft content strategies that reflect the unique voice and values of Jaipur Rugs, adapting format and tone for each platform.
• Keep a close pulse on cultural conversations, trends, and audience behavior—ensuring timely, relevant, and bold brand engagement.
• Partner with analytics and digital leads to track KPIs, extract insights, and continuously evolve our social media strategy.
• Stay ahead of the curve on best practices, new features, and platform innovations.
• Contribute to seasonal planning, campaign rollouts, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a design-forward or mission-driven brand in lifestyle, fashion, or the arts.
• Exceptional copywriting and editorial instincts, with a strong visual sense and an eye for detail.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative ideation and data-driven decision-making.
• Highly organized, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
