We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Head to lead our social media efforts and grow our brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our overall social media strategy.
• Lead and mentor the social media team to execute daily activities and campaigns.
• Plan and create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Run paid campaigns, track ROI, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage online reputation and community engagement.
• Analyze metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the e-commerce/retail industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and paid ads.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Udaipur.
