Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence. Daily tasks include creating and curating dynamic social media content, analyzing campaign performance, managing communication across platforms, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and core Marketing practices
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working with analytics tools is a plus
• Familiarity with industry trends and social media best practices
