Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and increase customer engagement across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
• Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, tailored to each social media platform.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
