This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong knowledge of digital trends and analytics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Management Develop, write, and design engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others. Plan and execute monthly content calendars. Create and edit videos, graphics, and posts aligned with brand guidelines. 2. Social Media Strategy Assist in developing social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Community Management Respond to comments, messages, and queries across all platforms promptly. Build and maintain an active online community. 4. Advertising & Campaigns Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best results. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. 6. Collaboration Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams. Coordinate with clients or internal departments to align messaging and goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
