Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement monthly social media strategy aligned with brand goals Manage and create content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter Plan and schedule content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite Design graphics (with Canva or similar) and collaborate with designers/videographers as needed Create and edit reels, carousels, quote posts, and client success highlights Monitor engagement, respond to comments, DMs, and reviews Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports Run paid ad campaigns and boost posts to reach target audiences Work closely with training and sales teams to promote courses, events, and webinars Stay updated with trends, hashtags, algorithms, and competitor activity Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/Marketer or similar role Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills Strong understanding of major social platforms and content types Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze insights Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
