Job Title: Telesales Executive – Training & Consulting Services Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our Training & Consulting firm. The role involves connecting with potential clients, presenting our training and consulting solutions, and driving enrollments or business opportunities through consultative sales calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients (corporates/individuals) and introduce training & consulting services. Understand client needs and recommend suitable training programs or consulting solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve monthly call, meeting, and sales targets. Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales/inside sales, preferably in training, consulting, or service industry. Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
