Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Surat. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying and understanding customer needs, and promoting MoneyGuard's debt recovery services. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining updated records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
