Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain and update customer data in CRM software for accurate tracking. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Support field teams with follow-ups, order confirmations, and relationship-building activities. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with FMCG and Agriculture supply chains (preferred). Ability to manage customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
