Social Media Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content across platforms — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Work on social media calendars, ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and campaign deliverables.
• Analyze insights and performance data to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and ensure ROI-driven outcomes.
• Stay updated with social trends, competitor activities, and new platform features.
• Support community management — respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in a D2C/eCommerce brand.

• Knowledge of paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of content trends, reels, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
