Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns for multiple clients while working closely with our creative and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create
monthly content calendars
and campaign plans for clients.
Write engaging
captions, posts, and stories
aligned with brand tone.
Coordinate with designers for creatives, reels, and videos.
Manage posting across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Monitor insights & analytics → track engagement, reach, and growth.
Conduct basic competitor research and suggest trend-based content ideas.
Collaborate with Ads & SEO teams for integrated campaigns.
Handle
client communication
(reporting, approvals, quick responses).

Requirements

Based in
Kolkata
(mandatory – hybrid role).
1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong written communication skills in
English (Bengali/Hindi is a plus)
.
Understanding of reels, stories, trending formats.
Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Good to Have

Knowledge of running Meta/Google ads.
Experience with influencer marketing.
Creative mindset with basic design/video editing skills.
