This role is ideal for someone who has at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing brand social media accounts and is passionate about digital storytelling, trends, and community building. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create engaging captions and suggest creative concepts for posts and reels Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign execution Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports Run basic paid promotions and boost posts as needed Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices Coordinate with internal teams or clients for content inputs and approvals Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media pages for brands or agencies Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook features and audience engagement Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and related tools Excellent writing skills and creative thinking Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days from office in Kolkata) Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Good to Have: Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Experience with influencer marketing or content planning for reels Prior agency experience Show more Show less
