• Plan and execute platform-specific social media strategies
• Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, and video content
• Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with design, sales, and recruitment teams
• Stay updated on trends and bring new content formats
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a sense of design and timing
• Comfortable appearing in short-form videos (preferred)
