Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing the company’s social media presence to build brand visibility, generate engagement, and support lead generation for software development services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

2. Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels) aligned with brand and marketing goals.

3. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.

4. Collaborate with the design and development teams to highlight software services, case studies, and project updates.

5. Run paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

6. Track performance metrics and generate monthly social media reports.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms.

8. Support website content updates, blogs, and email marketing when required.

9. Build and maintain the brand’s voice, identity, and online reputation.

Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

2. Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design software

3. Video editing skills

4. Understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing concepts

5. Creative writing and storytelling ability

6. Knowledge of IT/software industry or trading softwares is a plus

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

2. 3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
