Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive with 01 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, basic SEO knowledge, and the ability to research and generate relevant content ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Tictok etc.)

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to create engaging content

Conduct basic keyword research for captions, hashtags, and content planning

Assist in designing campaign ideas and executing social media campaigns

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics

Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication

Coordinate with design and marketing teams to execute creative posts

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community

Required Skills

Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithm basics

Ability to identify trends, viral content ideas, and audience interests

Basic knowledge of SEO keywords, hashtags, and content optimization

Strong research skills to gather relevant information and industry insights

Basic understanding of Canva or similar tools (added advantage)

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work creatively and think outside the box
