Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring posting times: Understanding when the target audience is most active on social media and scheduling posts accordingly can maximize engagement.
  • Publishing content: Ensuring content is published accurately and on time is crucial.

  • Responding to comments and messages:
  • Promptly addressing audience inquiries and feedback is essential for building a positive relationship with the audience.
  • Engaging in conversations:
  • Actively participating in relevant discussions and interacting with followers can foster a sense of community.

  • Using social listening tools to track what people are saying about the company and its competitors helps in understanding audience sentiment and identifying opportunities.

Skills & Requiremennts:

Requirements and Skills:

  • Degree in Mass Communication.
  • Proven skills in content writing, digital marketing, and video production.Must have own camera (DSLR/Mirrorless preferred) and knowledge of video shooting techniques.
  • Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve).
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO basics).
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
