Job Description

Responsibilities: Organising and maintaining important databases, reports, documents and files. Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Conducting research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives. Assisting in the preparation of contracts and agreements. Exercising discretion and handling sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality. Assisting with personal tasks such as managing appointments and commitments, running important errands etc. Assisting with procurement. Requirements: Minimum educational requirement: Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or similar. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
