Social Media Manager

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who can craft compelling visual stories, engage communities, and grow our brand authentically.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Yarnsmith Arts’ brand identity and goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute engaging content calendars — including posts, reels, stories, and collaborations.
• Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphic content.
• Monitor social trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content relevant and inspiring.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and create monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and collaborations.
• Manage influencer partnerships, brand campaigns, and paid social media ads when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (experience in art/craft/creative industries preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital trends, algorithms, and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Later, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Aesthetic sense and passion for arts, design, and creativity are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
